Home of the Panthers. Palomares Academy is a Health Sciences pathway program that is committed to working with parents, students, and the community to ensure that our children master the ability to think critically, problem solve, and utilize technology for the 21st century. We are equally committed to teaching, modeling, and celebrating responsible behavior. We are WASC accredited and certified by the National Academy Foundation (NAF). Our Vision
Palomares Academy envisions a personalized environment with an emphasis on project-based learning for a 21st century, high-quality, world-class, educational experience, rich with opportunities to support student post-secondary endeavors. Palomares Academy of Health Sciences strives to provide a safe and productive learning environment that guides students through the exploration and identification of their talents related to health careers and in the disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM).
Our Mission
Palomares Academy of Health Sciences provides students with coursework and authentic learning experiences that prepare them for post-secondary education and training, leading to careers in the Health Sciences. We prepare students in an inclusive, supportive, and academically rigorous environment to allow students to reach their full potential as productive community-conscious citizens. All students will participate in service learning, academic internships, job shadowing, and/or career mentoring in the surrounding communities to reach their full potential as independent thinkers, self-directed learners, responsible members of the community, and global citizens.
